OBJECTIVES OF THE TRUST ? We promote and support the activities of Hope Specialist Service, which is part of the Care Plus Group social enterprise. ? We promote volunteering for the benefit of the charity, the service and the wider community. ? We facilitate activities and events to raise awareness of issues affecting people at risk of falls and those with chronic respiratory disease.
