THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN OF ELVINGTON, YORK, AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF AN AFTER SCHOOL AND HOLIDAY CLUB AT THE LOWER DERWENT SPORTS AND SOCIAL CLUB.
