TO ESTABLISH A MUSEUM IN THE UPPER WHARFEDALE AREA FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND TO A) COLLECT, PRESERVE AND EXHIBIT ITEMS OF HISTORICAL, ARCHAELOGICAL, INDUSTRIAL AND COMMUNITY INTEREST B) PURCHASE OR LEASE LAND OR BUILDINGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE MUSEUM AND TO ALTER ORREFURBISH ANY EXISTING BUILDING ACQUIRED AND C) TO DO ALL SUCH OTHER THINGS AS ARE NESECCARY TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THE ABOVE OBJECT.
