In adults living with cancer and their Carers, the provision of evidence based services that are proven to improve QOL, reduce late effects of cancer & its treatment, and reduce the likelihood of recurrence, ie: a) advice and instruction on lifestyle, diet and exercise; b) evidence based complementary and holistic therapies; and c) professional counselling services
