TO ASSIST PERSONS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES FROM MEMBERS OF THE FOLLOWING CLASSES OF THE COMMUNITY:- A) AMATEUR AND PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALLERS B) APPRENTICES C) COACHES D) MANAGERS E) ANY OTHE OFFICIAL OR EMPLOYEE OF ANY FOOTBALL TEAM F) REFEREES AND LINESMEN AND WIDOWS OR ORPHANS OF OTHER PERSONS DEPENDENT WHOLLY OR PARTIALLY ON A MEMBER OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING CLASSES OF OTHER PERSONS WHO MAY DIE OR BE DISABLED OR BE OTHERWISE ANTICIPATED FROM EARNING A LIVING AND WHO ARE DESERVING OF HAVING ASSISTANCE.
