Spear is an intensive six-week course. Spear trainees attend group or individual coaching sessions every day, where the focus is primarily on developing the mindset, skills and practical resources required to succeed in the workplace. Trainees are measured against a series of 'Work-Readiness Indicators' to ensure their progress is effectively tracked.
