TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF BEREAVED PEOPLE IN MANCHESTER WHO LACK THE FINANCIAL MEANS TO MEET THE COSTS OF FUNERAL EXPENSES BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ASSIST WITH SUCH COSTS AND BY THE PROVISION OF EMOTIONAL AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT DESIGNED TO PROVIDE COMFORT AND ASSIST WITH THE GRIEVING PROCESS.
