RAISING FUNDS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH OTHER CHARITIES, VOLUNTARY BODIES OR THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ORDER TO GIVE GRANTS TO DESERVING DISABLED PERSONS AND PEOPLE WITH NEEDS AFTER SUITABLE ASSESSMENT.
