TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM KIDNEY DISEASE OR RENAL FAILURE BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND WHO ARE BEING TREATED BY THE UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL OF NORTH MIDLANDS TRUST FROM, OR AT, LOCATIONS IN STOKE ON TRENT, STAFFORD AND CREWE.
