THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF HOMELESS PERSONS, OR THOSE AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS, IN WELLINGBOROUGH BY PROVIDING A PLACE OF SHELTER AND WARMTH, FOOD AND SUPPORT FOR SUCH PERSONS AND WORKING WITH OTHER AGENCIES IN A WAY THAT ENHANCES THE PROVISION.
