(B) WHERE SUCH RELATIONSHIPS HAVE ALREADY BROKEN DOWN TO ADVISE AND HELP IN THE SETTLEMENT OF POTENTIAL DIFFERENCES OVER ASSOCIATED MATTERS SUCH AS CUSTODY OR ACCESS TO CHILDREN, FINANCIAL MATTERS AND THE LIKE.
