TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PHYSICAL RECREATION OR OTHER SIMILAR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL DISABLED PERSONS AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR NON-COMPETITIVE OR COMPETITIVE SPORT WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS AND ASSISTING IN THEIR INTEGRATION INTO SOCIETY.
