SCHOOL LLANELLI (OR ITS SUCCESSOR SCHOOL) WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES IS THE MOST NEEDY CHILD OF A ONE PARENT FAMILY BY RESON OF THEIR POVERTY.
