THE PRI IS A SERVICE (NON-PUBLIC) FUNDS ACCOUNT ESTABLISHED BY THE REGIMENT FOR THE GOOD AND BENEFIT OF ALL RANKS, REGARDLESS OF SERVICE. IT OBTAINS ITS FUNDS FROM A VARIETY OF SOURCES AND PROJECTS BUT MAINLY THROUGH THE RAISING OF ANNUAL, ONE OFF SUBSCRIPTIONS FROM MEMBERS OF THE REGIMENT. IT WILL EXPEND MONEY ON ITEMS AND SERVICES CONSIDERED TO BE FAIR CHARGE TO THE ACCOUNT.
