The Heath is a youth provision for young people aged 11-19 years and up to 25 for those with disabilities. The Heath aims to improve the lives of local young people through giving them a regular place to go when out of school. We want young people to thrive and reach their full potential. The Heath is based in the United Reformed Church, Upton-by-Chester.
