Charitable objects

(1) TO RELIEVE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ILLNESS, GRIEF AND DISTRESS SUFFERED BY A BENEFICIARY RESULTING FROM THE SUDDEN OR UNEXPECTED DEATH OF A CHILD OR YOUNG PERSON. (2) TO PROVIDE COMFORT, SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM SUCH BEREAVEMENT OR LOSS. IN THIS CLAUSE BENEFICIARY MEANS: (1) A MEMBER OF THE CHILD OR YOUNG PERSON'S FAMILY; OR (2) ANYONE ELSE CONNECTED WITH THE CHILD OR YOUNG PERSON, OR THEIR FAMILY, WHO IS AFFECTED BY THE DEATH.
