THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF AMATEUR CYCLING IN SIERRA LEONE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AMONG WOMEN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, THROUGH COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND INCLUSIVE SPORTING ACTIVITIES IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES.
