PAYMENTS TO PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS FOR IMPARTING SATISFACTORY KNOWLEDGE TO THE SCHOLARS IN THE HOLY SCRIPTRUES. PRIZES OF SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PUPILS ATTENDING SUCH SCHOOLS FOR PROFICIENCY AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOLY SCRIPTURES.
