THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING CONVALESCENT HOLIDAYS FOR PERSONS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A PREFERNCE FOR SUCH PERSONS OF THE JEWISH FAITH. IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME CANNOT BE APPLIED IN ANY YEAR IN MANNER AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME AT THEIR DISCRETION IN RELIEVING SUCH PERSONS IN OTHER WAYS.
