THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF HEARING-IMPAIRED STUDENTS WHETHER BY WAY OF ENABLING THEM TO ATTEND OR PURSUE COURSES OF HIGH OF FURTHER EDUCATION OR TRAINGIN OR BY ASSISTING THEM INTO OR EQUIPPING THEM FOR EMPLOYMENT OR WITH THEIR GENERAL DEVELOPMENT IN SUCH WAYS AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTED DISCRETION MAY DETERMINE OR THINK FIT.
