THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AT THE UNIVERSITY OF CAPETOWN IN SUCH MANNER AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME (AND WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE COUNCIL OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CAPETOWN) DETERMINE.
