THE EDUCATION AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE GOOD HEALTH OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AND THE PROVISION OF LEISURE AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR AND OF OTHER ASSISTANCE TO CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO BY REASON OF DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE A NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES OR OTHER ASSISTANCE AND FOR OR TOWARDS SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND TO MAKE DONATIONS TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
