Charitable objects
A RESIDENTIAL HOME FOR THE CARE, NURSING, GENERAL WELL-BEING AND WHERE POSSIBLE REHABILITATION OF MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN, REGARDLESS OF CREED, WHO ARE CHRONICALLY ILL, PERMANENTLY DISABLED, OR WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN MENTALLY HANDICAPPED, ESPECIALLY IN ALL CASES THOSE OF LIMITED MEANS. THE TRUSTEES MAY PERMIT THE CHAPEL FORMING PART OF THE SAID RESIDENTIAL HOME TO BE USED UPON SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THEY THINK FIT FOR RELIGIOUS WORSHIP BY PERSONS OF ALL DENOMINATIONS WITH A PREFERENCE FOR USE FOR RELIGIOUS WORSHIP ACCORDING TO THE RITES AND ORDINANCES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND. THE TRUSTEES MAY ARRANGE FOR DIVINE SERVICE TO BE CONDUCTED REGULARLY IN THE SAID CHAPEL. THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY OUT OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY THE REASONABLE EXPENSES ATTENDANT ON THE CONDUCT OF DIVINE SERVICE IN THE CHAPEL AS AFORESAID. THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN MAINTAINING THE HOME THEREOF AND OTHERWISE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN RESIDENT THEREIN.
