2. FOR THE RELIEF OF HARDSHIP FOR PEOPLE OVER 75 YEARS WHO RESIDE IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF WATH, RIPON.
3. TO ESTABLISH OR TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF WATH, RIPON, NORTH YORKSHIRE.
