THE RELIEF OF BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PEOPLE LIVING IN READING AND THE GREATER READING AREA IN ANY WAY DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE, AND TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH PEOPLE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
