B. THE RELIEF OF THE POOR AND NEEDY IN WETHERBY AND IN SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
