TO PROVIDE ENHANCED OPPORTUNITIES FOR SPORT, LEISURE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR THE BENEFIT OF VISUALLY IMPAIRED INDIVIDUALS RESIDING IN HULL, THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS AND, IN SO FAR AS IT MAY BE DEEMED ANCILLARY OR CONDUCIVE TO THE ATTAINMENT OF SUCH OBJECTS, TO OFFER THE SAME OPPORTUNITIES TO MEMBERS OF THEIR FAMILIES OR OTHER PERSONS EXERCISING CARING RESPONSIBILITIES
