THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY OUT OF THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY THE FOLLOWING SUMS, OR SUCH OTHER SUMS AS THE COMMISSIONERS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE, TO THE FOLLOWING PERSONS TO BE APPLIDED BY THEM IN AWARDING A BOOK OR BOOKS FOR REGULAR ATTENDANCE AT SUNDAY SCHOOLS AT MORETON-IN-MARSH, SUCH BOOK OR BOOKS TO BE AWARDED ON THE 23RD DAY OF JANUARY IN EACH YEAR BEING THE BIRTHDAY OF EDITH SPEAR MANN THE FOUNDER OF THE CHARITY: (1) A YEARLY SUM OF ú5 TO THE INCUMBENT OF THE BENEFICE OF MORETON-IN-MARSH WITH BATSFORD, TODENHAM AND LOWER LEMINGTON; (2) A YEARLY SUM OF ú5 TO THE MINISTER OF THE CONGREGATIONAL CHAPEL AT MORETON-IN-MARSH. SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENT AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE SAID INCOME IN EITHER OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- (1) FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF MORETON-IN-MARSH AS THE TRUSTEES FORM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT:- (2) IN OR TOWARDS THE PROVISON OF RECUPERATIVE HOLIDAYS IN MORETON-IN-MARSH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH HOLIDAYS AND IN PARTICULAR FOR SUCH WOMEN AND CHILDREN WHO LIVE IN THE GREATER LONDON AREA.
