1) TO RELIEVE IN CASES OF NEED HARDSHIP DISTRESS OR DISEASE PERSONS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED BY DAVID BLACK & SON LIMITED (COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER :562943) OR BACTON PIGS LIMITED (COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER:1247453) OR ANY OTHER COMPANY IN THE SAME GROUP OF COMPANIES OR SUCCESSOR COMPANIES TO THE BUSINESS CARRIED OUT BY THEM OR ASSOCIATED COMPANIES(THE COMPANIES) AND THE WIDOWS AND OTHER DEPENDANTS OR PERSONS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN SO EMPLOYED 2) TO RELIEVE IN CASES OF NEED HARDSHIP DISTRESS OR DISEASE PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISHES OF BACTON NORTON WICKHAM SKEITH AND WYVERSTONE (ALL IN THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK) OR SUCH OTHER PARISHES IN WHICH THE COMPANIES SHALL HAVE PREMISES OR UNDERTAKINGS FROM TIME TO TIME (THE PARISHES) 3) TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS WITHIN THE PARISHES (FOR FULL DETAILS PLEASE SEE THE TRUST DEED) 4) TO PROVIDE (OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF) IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE PUBLIC RECREATION GROUNDS AND PLAYING FIELDS VILLAGE HALLS AND COMMUNITY CENTRES FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES AND THEIR NEIGHBOURHOODS 5) TO FURTHER THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORKS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE PARISHES AND THE CONGREGATIONS MEETING FOR RELIGIOUS WORSHIP THERE 6) TO THE RELIEF OF PATIENTS FROM OR WITHIN THE PARISHES SUFFERING FROM DISEASE TOGETHER WITH THE PROVISION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR SUCH PATIENTS OR OF DISEASED PATIENTS AND TO THE PROMOTION OF TREATMENT FOR AND RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES AND TREATMENT OF ANY SUCH DISEASES ON TERMS THAT THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH ARE PUBLISHED 7) AND FOR ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL AT THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT
