(A) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR WOMEN FROM AFRICAN ETHNIC MINORITIES ORIGIN AND THEIR FAMILIES ("THE BENEFICIARIES") 1. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS INCLUDING BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION ADVOCACY AND LEGAL ADVICE AND REPRESENTATIONS. 2. THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND, 3. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION INCLUDING THE PROMOTION OF BASIC NUMERACY SKILLS AND BASIC LITERACY SKILLS AND EDUCATION UPON AFRICAN CULTURE, ARTS AND HISTORY. A. THE ORGANISATION IN RESPECT OF ITS 'OBJECTS' WILL ESTABLISH OR TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE OR TO CO-OPERATE WITH ANY LOCAL STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY BODIES IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH A CENTRE OR CENTRES FOR THE ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE CHARITY. B. THE ORGANISATION WILL WORK TOWARDS PROMOTING GOOD RACE RELATIONS BETWEEN PERSONS OF ALL GROUPS WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. C. THE ORGANISATION WILL DO SUCH OTHER LAWFUL THING AS MAY BE DEEMED CHARITABLE WITHIN ENGLAND AND WALES.
