The charity works to improve the lives of vulnerable people. We provide practical and emotional support enabling people to find ways to heal, recover and thrive. Our work involves supporting workers and local communities through capacity building health programmes and by developing mental health and wellbeing programmes. We provide training materials and resources for sustaining projects.
