TO PROVIDE PENSIONS FOR NOT MORE THAN FOUR MEN AND NOT MORE THAN SIX WOMEN WHO SHALL BE POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER, OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE, OR HAVING A PHYSICAL DISABILITY, WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE PARISH OF CHENIES FOR NOT LESS THAN THREE YEARS.
