(2) THE OTHER HALF OF THE YEARLY INCOME FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:- (A) THE UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF ANY RECREATION GROUND. (B) THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION.
