TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF AMATEUR SINGERS RESIDENT IN BARNET AGED 18 YEARS AND OVER, INCLUDING THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A WEEKLY SINGING CLASS AND PERIODIC OPPORTUNITIES TO PERFORM IN FRONT OF AN AUDIENCE.
