Charitable objects
A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO ARE ORPHANS AS A RESULT OF HIV OR AIDS OR WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM HIV OR AIDS, IN AFRICA; AND
B) TO RELIEVE THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN ORPHANED BY HIV OR AIDS, OR WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM HIV OR AIDS, IN AFRICA.
