1 REDUCING ISOLATION AND LONELINESS
2 ENABLING THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE TO HELP PLAN THEIR OWN SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
3 PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE
