Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) IN THE COUNTY OF NOTTINGHAMSHIRE AND ADJOINING AREAS (THE AREA OF BENEFIT).
TO RELIEVE THE DISTRESS AND SUFFERING OF PATIENTS, PARTICULARLY CHILDREN, ATTENDING OR ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL, IN PARTICULAR ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY UNITS, OR OTHER ASSOCIATED EMERGENCY OR MEDICAL SERVICES BY PROVIDING SUCH APPROPRIATE EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES, AMENITIES OR GRANTS NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES.
