FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE VICAR'S SPECIAL CHRISTMAS FUND FOR THE ASSISTANCE OF NEEDY PERSONS (BEING MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND) IN THE PARISH OR IF THE FUND IS DISCONTINUED FOR THE ASSISTANCE OF SUCH NEEDY PERSONS IN SUCH MANNER AS THE VICAR SHALL THINK FIT.
