THE RELIEF OF THOSE WITH LEARNING AND PHYSICAL DISABILITIES (THE ‘BENEFICIARIES’) BY THE PROVISION OF OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP SKILLS IN PUBLIC SPEAKING AND OTHER LIFE SKILLS SO AS TO IMPROVE THEIR CHANCES OF FUTURE EMPLOYMENT AND HELP THEM MEET CHALLENGES IN THEIR DAILY LIVES.
