TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE ISLE OF WIGHT, ITS NATIVE INSECTS, POLLINATORS AND ECO SYSTEM BY: RAISING AWARENESS OF THE NON-NATIVE ASIAN HORNET AMONGST THE GENERAL PUBLIC WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF THE ISLE OF WIGHT. EDUCATING RESIDENTS OF ALL AGES TO IDENTIFY THE ASIAN HORNET, TO REPORT SIGHTINGS TO THE NECESSARY AUTHORITIES AND TO KEEP THEMSELVES SAFE. CREATING COMMUNITY TEAMS TO MONITOR FOR ASIAN HORNETS AND REPORT SIGHTINGS.
