(B) TO PROMOTE EITHER THROUGH ITS OWN OR BY SUPPORTING OTHER REGISTERED CHARITIES THE PROVISION OF FACILLITIES TO ENABLE DISABLED PERSONS MORE READILY TO GAIN ACCESS TO AND EGRESS FROM THE COUNTRYSIDE SO THAT SUCH PERSONS CAN GAIN GRETER ENJOYMENT THEREFROM.
