Charitable objects
(1) TO PROVIDE THE SUM OF TEN POUNDS OR SUCH ADDITIONAL OR LOWER SUM AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE EACH YEAR IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING CHRISTMAS TO EACH AND EVERY FEMALE PENSIONER AND EACH AND EVERY MALE PENSIONER LIVING ON THEIR OWN WHO IS IMPOVERISHED AND IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO HAVE DURING THEIR LIFETIMES (2) TO APPLY ANY SURPLUS INCOME FROM THE TRUST FUND AFTER THE AFORESAID IN MAINTAINING THE UPKEEP AND REPAIR OF THE FABRIC AND CONTENTS OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF ALL SAINTS MATTERSEY
