TO PAY OR APPLY THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE CARRIED ON AT OR BY THE RICHMOND SYNAGOGUE OF LICHFIELD GARDENS,RICHMOND, SURREY AND FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
