Charitable objects
(1)TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF NICHOLAS HAWKSMOOR SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND MANAGING AN AREA OF LAND TO ACT AS AN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE FOR THE SCHOOL CHILDREN IN TOWCESTER. (11)TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC OR THOSE SECTIONS OF THE PUBLIC SPECIFIED IN SECTION 1(2)(B) OF THE RECREATIONAL CHARITIES ACT 1958; WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PRIMARILY INTENDED.
