THE BENEFIT OR FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THOSE CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR FOUNDATIONS ESTABLISHED (1) FOR THE RELIEF OF NEED SICKNESS OR DISTRESS OF CHILDREN WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM HIV OR AIDS OR WHOSE PARENTS OR GUARDIANS HAVE DIED FROM AIDS (2) TO PREVENT CRUELTY AND RELIEVE THE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS OF ANIMALS OF ALL KINDS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION
