TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDING IN OR NEAR THE BOROUGH OF NORTHAMPTON, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, RACE, COLOUR OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS THROUGH CONSTRUCTIVE USE OF LEISURE TIME APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS AND DEVELOPING MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES IN ORDER THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY, AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY IMPROVE.
