TO PAY THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING BENEFICIARIES: (A) ANY QUALIFIED CHARITY (AS DEFINED IN THE TRUST DEED) (B) ANY CHARITABLE ORGANISATION(S) OR ANY CHARITABLE INSTITUTION(S) SELECTED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES RELATED TO THE PROVISION OF RESIDENTIAL SERVICES FOR MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY DISABLED CHILDREN AND ADULTS, OR (C) ANY LOCAL BOROUGH OR AUTHORITY IN ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE PROVISION OF RESIDENTIAL SERVICES FOR MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY DISABLED CHILDREN AND ADULTS WHERE THE PROVISION OF THESE SERVICES CANNOT BE MET BY THE FUNDS OF THE BOROUGH OR AUTHORITY.
