Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE FUND SHALL BE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AND ITS ANCILLLARY THERETO BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING THE TRUSTEES OF THE FUND MAY AWARD PRIZES TO PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL IN RECOGNITION OF ATTAINMENTS ACHIEVED DURING THEIR ATTENDANCE AT THE SCHOOL.
