TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS FOR THE BLIND OR VISUALLY HANDICAPPED AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE PLAYING OF CRICKET,FOOTBALL,BOWLS,WALKING AND ATHLETICS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID PERSONS.
