TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE- TIME OCCUPATION FOR DEAF AND HEARING-IMPAIRED CHILDREN PARTICULARLY THOSE RESIDENT IN INNER AND OUTER LONDON BEING FACILITIES WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH CHILDREN BY PROMOTING THEIR EDUCATIONAL, PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL WELL-BEING.
